SHIPPING FEE AND DELIVERY TIME
NAMASKAYA processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding major national holidays. Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed the next business day and shipped the following business day. Please note that order processing may take 1-2 business days after the order is placed.

Please note that our prices are in USD, and you will be charged in USD.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Domestic orders are shipped via Canada Post. Estimated delivery time is between 2-5 business days.

US SHIPPING
US orders are shipped via DHL Express. Estimated delivery time is between 1-2 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders are shipped via DHL Express.
International orders are required to pay all shipping expenses, including shipping fees and duties. *

Europe: Estimated delivery time is between 2-4 business days.
Africa: Estimated delivery time is between 2-4 business days.
Asia: Estimated delivery time is between 3-5 business days.
Australia: Estimated delivery time is between 5-6 business days.
South America: Estimated delivery time is between 5-6 business days.

Orders are shipped from Toronto and may be subject to delay during this unprecedented time. You will be proactively notified by email as soon as your order is shipped. We ask for your patience.

PRE-ORDER OR BACKORDER
We may offer new items for purchase before they are in stock on preorder. On occasion we will temporarily go out of stock of existing items, and offer these for purchase on backorder before they arrive to our warehouse. When you add a preorder or backorder item to your bag, we will provide you with an approximate ship date when you check out. Once you’ve placed your order, we will send you a shipping confirmation email once each item leaves our warehouse. Please note you will be charged for all preorder and backorder items at the time you place the order.

CANCEL YOUR ORDER
If you would like to cancel your order, please email info@namaskaya.com with your order number within the same day of ordering and we will make every attempt to cancel it. If the order has already left our warehouse, please see our return policy for more details.

CHANGE OF SHIPMENT ADDRESS:
Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped by our warehouse, we cannot edit the shipping address. However, you can contact the carrier to see if they can make edits on their end:

SALES TAX
Applicable sales tax will be charged on the merchandise total. Taxes are calculated based on the shipping destination and itemized on the final receipt. For other international countries, there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that NAMASKAYA does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we are not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEES
NAMASKAYA does not charge any additional fees other than the total amount owed for the order. Other fees would have been applied by your bank and are not under the control of NAMASKAYA. As we are based out of Canada, banks in other countries may consider us a "foreign company" and charge additional international fees on their own. VAT
The Value Added Tax (VAT) rules in the European Union (EU*) were amended and the changes become effective as of July 1st 2021. As July 1st 2021, all commercial goods imported into the EU will be subject to VAT. Keep in mind that we are not able to reimburse you for VAT paid upon delivery.
